Originally from Philadelphia, guitarist Jonathan Schiele began playing in R&B bands after moving to Oakland CA in 1981. Pursuing his lifelong love of jazz, Jonathan has studied extensively with renowned guitarists Mimi Fox, Terrence Brewer and Steve Erquiaga. He currently performs with the groups Midnite Flyte and Make Jazz in venues in Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco and Marin.
